Manufacturer's Declaration and Documentary Requirements

and/or import.
The exporter, in the case of a trader, must have a “manufacturer’s declaration” indicating the origin of the product to be subject to self-certification and readiness of the manufacturer to cooperate in retroactive check and verification visit should the need arise.
